En este momento TODOS Y CADA UNO DE NOSOTROS, tenemos un primer y casi único deber: comportarse cívicamente de acuerdo con las indicaciones de las diferentes Autoridades nacionales de Salud.
Nos enfrentaremos a unas semanas, tal vez meses, de gran dificultad y que tendrán consecuencias en nuestra vida futura. De dicho comportamiento individual dependerá la deriva del conflicto y por ende su duración
Nuestra misión como difusores de la práctica del Gravel en España, nos obliga a estar permanentemente del lado de la información y la verdad. No es hora de difundir rumores o noticias falsas que puedan conducir a situaciones de pánico o ansiedad colectiva, o que puedan causar daños irreparables a la vida o actividad de personas, organizaciones y países.
Nuestra visión es garantizar en todos los aspectos el desarrollo de nuestro evento y para ello debemos asistir y entender la posición y acciones de todos los involucrados: Ciclistas, empresas implicadas y administraciones.
Esta crisis va a pasar, pero dependerá mucho de cómo lidiemos con ella y de cómo todos estemos unidos y empáticos en un momento tan exigente. El futuro de nuestra sociedad, el futuro de las personas que forman parte de ella y el futuro de todas nuestras actividades, incluyendo nuestro querido y trabajado IRON GRAVEL depende de todos y cada uno de nosotros.
En nombre de los que componemos Iron Gravel, transmitir que por el momento el evento NO ESTÁ CANCELADO. Quedando a la espera de los resultados fruto de las medidas adoptadas por Autoridades y Administración, en las próximas 2 ò 3 semanas informaremos en consecuencia. Las inscripciones siguen abiertas y afirmar que en el peor de los escenarios posibles la prueba no se suspenderá, sino que será llevada a una nueva fecha.

There are only 43 days left for the Iron Gravel race and anything can happen.
Worldwide, we are going through a very difficult situation. On the 11th of March 2020 the World Health Organization (WHO) declared Coronavirus COVID-19 as a pandemic.
At this stage, each and every one of us has a unique commitment: to behave in accordance with the instructions set by the different health authorities.
The next couple of weeks, maybe even months, will be very difficult and will have an impact on our future lives. The result of this situation and its duration will depend on our individual behavior.
Our mission as gravel cyclist ambassadors is to always stay close to truthful information. Now is not the time to spread rumors or fake news that could lead to situations of panic or collective hysteria or can cause irreparable damage to lives, countries and organizations.
Our vision is to guarantee, in every aspect, the development of our event and for that we need to assist and understand the situation of every stakeholder involved: cyclists, companies and administrations.
This crisis will one day be over but much will depend on how we deal with it and how we empathize and unite in such a challenging situation. The future of our society, of the people that form part of it and of all our activities, including our beloved IRON GRAVEL, depend on each and every one of us.
On behalf of all of us who form IRON GRAVEL, we would like to inform that at present the event is NOT CANCELLED.
We will await the results of the measures adopted by the authorities, and will duly inform you within the next two or three weeks. Registrations are still open and, in a worst case scenario, the event would be postponed to a new date.
